Where do you ship to?
For the moment it is only Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland that Naca products are being shipped to.
When will my order ship?
As soon as the full payment is received, your order will be sent to you. When your order has been received, a confirmation email of your purchase will be sent to you.
When will my order arrive?
Naca uses Post Danmark to deliver. In general the normal delivery time within Denmark is 2-5 days. Arrival times vary by destination. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.
How often do you restock?
Naca webshop restocks frequently. Products that you no longer find under shop most possibly sold out, since only a few are made of each combination.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK)
How can I pay?
Naca webshop uses paypal. You don't need a paypal account to shop. Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.
What is your return policy?
There is a 14 day return policy on the goods, from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When goods are received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within few days. Cost of the return, you must bear.
